Love the discs, but service was not the greatest

I love the products I ordered, but it took a month to get my order shipped, and when I tried to contact the company I never got a response. Even asked them to cancel it because it had been well over 2 weeks, and my CC had been charged, but no notice that anything had been shipped. Will probably be the LAST time I order from this company.
