There are numerous places where a crafter can get pearls, crystals and other decorative-type beads and I have tried several. I always come back to Studio Katia because I know that I will always get exactly what I wanted, Right before the Covid shutdown I had ordered a variety of pearls. When they were very late I knew why and there was no hurry as far as I was concerned because I wasn’t doing much crafting. Several months later I received my order with an apology for the delay and a voucher that was worth around $30 or so. I was stunned. It wasn’t their fault but their willingness to take responsibility for the delay. While I was impressed, I didn’t use the voucher. It was more important that as a small company they stayed in business so they would remain a resource for buying the pearls I want.
