Q: How can I order?
A: You can order through this shop or if you prefer to send us a list of SKUs and quantities, and we can email you the invoice. That works too! Please allow 1-3 days to receive your invoice.
Q: What currency do you use?
A: We accept payments in USD and CAD currencies. If you are outside of Canada you'll pay in USD currency. You must be a Canadian business and operate in Canada to pay in CAD currency.
Q: Will I be charged a sales tax?
A: Canadian customers must be charged a PST and/or GST sales tax
Q: What is a minimum order?
A: A minimum order of $100 is required on all opening orders.
Q: What is a minimum on re-orders?
A: A minimum order of $100 is required on all re-orders.
Q: Do you accept changes to orders?
A: Yes, any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed to email@example.com within 24 hours.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: You can pay using any major credit card and/or PayPal. You can also pay by wire transfer. Payment is due before shipping.
Q: Does your product come with bar-codes?
A: Yes. All of our products come with bar-codes, here is a sample. UPC code is the same as product number. (Starting May 2019 we are starting to use EAN codes on Stamps and Stencils)
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
A: Items can take up to 3-6 weeks to be back in stock (sometimes longer due to holidays and/or customs). We work hard to get them as soon as we can so serve our customers right away.
Q: Will you have more coordinating dies for your clear stamp sets?
A: Yes! We hope to release all coordinating dies for our stamps in the near future.
Q: Do you have any fees for customs paperwork?
A: There is no fee for customs paperwork. Charges may apply for more complex customs documents.
Q: Do you have Prop 65 warning on your products?
A: Since we are in Canada our products don't come with prop 65 label. If you require to have a Prop 65 warning label please specify it with your order. Please allow additional time to apply the labels. Keep in mind only products that are made in China will have the warning prop 65 label.
All orders shipped outside of the Canada will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value you paid for the items. You are responsible for any applicable customs fees that may be related to the delivery of your order.
