RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final and no returns or exchange is allowed. We cannot make any changes once the order is placed. Please check your order before submitting, but if you have any problems with your items please contact us at support@studiokatia.com or open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
Defective Product:
We always aim to have it right the first time. If you have received a defective product please email us with order number at support@studiokatia.com include photos. We are always happy to help!
Lost and/or Damaged Order:
If your order arrived damaged please email us at support@studiokatia.com with within 5 business days upon receiving your order with detail pictures of damaged goods. We will make arrangements to replace your order immediately and in case of unavailability of your order products, refund will be issued. We will not issue refund if we have product in stock. We will not be responsible for damaged goods if you fail to provide us proof of damage within 5 business days after receiving your order.
Studio Katia IS NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse. Please contact your local post office and carrier with any lost/delivered questions.
An order is considered lost 45 days (USA/Canada) and 60 days (everywhere else) from the 'scheduled' delivery date.
