How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days via Canada Post. Occasionally, during a new release, sale or holiday rush it will be more likely to be 5 to 7 business days due to the large volume of orders. THANK YOU! For more information on shipping, please click here.
What if I need to return an item?
While we are certain you will be satisfied, if you wish to return a product it must be within 30 days of the initial purchase in the original, unopened packaging (some conditions apply). Can I use multiple discount codes?
You can only apply one discount code per order.
What is the default currency of your store?
As of March 2019 our prices are in USD we still accept payments CAD currency but the prices have slightly increased due to exchange rate. Please select the desired currency from the drop down menu that's located in to top right corner. We apologize for the inconvenience to our Canadian customers, this was a very difficult decision to make but it was a necessary step for us to make and to ensure Studio Katia's evolvement in the crafting industry.
How often do you release new products?
Stamps, dies and stencils are released 4 times per year. Sometimes we release new embellishments in between.
Can Studio Katia be found in local retail stores?
Yes! Our products are sold online and at local stores. We're adding more and more stores each month to our retail list. Stores Locations are coming soon.
